I Am the Change!
The USAID Ejo Heza program (“brighter future”) is improving the health, livelihoods and nutrition for thousands of Rwanda’s very poor, particularly women. Local "Change Agent" volunteers are trained to teach financial literacy, promote kitchen gardening and access financial services.
With global food demand rising, Connexus is working to aid Agribusiness in connecting with smallholders, donors, impact investors and financial institutions. (This is one of three videos of varying length.)
During the sea turtle nesting and hatching period, EcoTeach offers specialized tours for students and families on the the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica. They patrol the beaches to save the endangered turtles' eggs from poachers, spend a night or two with a local farm family and experience flora, fauna and amazing animals of the rainforest.
